This shophouse was sorely in need of a rejuvenation. We woke the tired space up, knocking down walls for a bright, modern space, employing a minimalist approach to keep the narrow shophouse spacious enough for a fiery tango.

The third floor made way for an office space complete with a meeting room and cozy reception area, with glass panels in lieu of partition walls to keep everything bright and airy.

The second level has been divided into a 2 bedroom apartment and a studio apartment, perfect for rental stays.
